Cav Empt Reveals Nike Air Max 95 Collaboration For January 2019_Stroll and Speak Boldly

As Beaverton continues to align with fashion-forward brands, Nike’s direction when it comes to creative partners becomes clearer by the day. Today, Japanese menswear label Cav Empt revealed an upcoming capsule with the sportswear giant, with a distinct iteration of the Air Max 95 being confirmed as part of this thorough collection. The messy pattern on the upper resembles a blend of pixels and digi-camo, which is befitting of their cyberpunk thematic that is consistent throughout their identity. A special oval logo on the tongue replaces the traditional AIRMAX badge as well, with “CE” co-branded with a simple Swoosh. The brand confirms a drop on January 5th on CavEmpt.com as well as their Tokyo location, with a wider release on Nike’s official channel and select retailers taking place January 10th.
